We have experience with public and private sector placements. In the past, our key focus areas have included local governments, special districts, utilities, and public retirement systems. We serve clients throughout the US.

How long is a typical recruitment?

A full recruitment generally takes 3-4 months. Accelerated timelines may be offered in urgent situations. Client cooperation and clear communication are vital to maintaining a tight schedule.

Do you do partial recruitments?

Partial recruitments are considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on our availability and your needs. We can also assist you with temporary placements.

Do you offer background checks?

Yes. We work with reputable vendors who provide safe, secure, and confidential background checks. Reference checks are completed in-house. Both of these services are offered at no extra charge.

How does billing work?

We have a simple, fixed-fee billing system. Clients are billed 50% upon engagement and 50% at closing.

Any placement guarantee?

We hope that every match we make is a great one. However, if an external candidate who you select to work for you, based upon our recommendation, is terminated for cause less than one year from their date of hire, we’ll conduct a new search at a discounted rate.
